Courses by Dafna Kron are laboratories for experimentation of Site Specific performances that challenge the relations between art-space and spectator. The courses’ emphasis is on socially engaged art, public art and participatory art. They Focus on new socially involved models through projects that blur art and life. All courses include theoretical discourse along with the practical laboratory framework. Final Student projects are shared in an open public event taking place within the city (Haifa, Bat-Yam, Jerusalem, Holon). The viewers are invited to become participants, to be co-creators in a work of art.
